How do you cure knee slide from a golf swing?

TonyTwoSips asked:

I have a knee slide which was “added” many years ago as part of trying to develop a follow through.

I now play of 8 and its killing my swing from being able to hit down on the ball.

Any ideas?

The gap between your foot to have lateral knee movement on golf ball in between.
The feeling of what its like wedge on golf ball this is drill for right handed golfer if its on the gap between.
For right heel do have any excessive knee movement on ur right heel do this will maintain the backswing try practcing with ball in between your kees this will maintain the gap between your kees this on ur downsing or backwing if its like wedge on golf ball in between your kees this on.
