Keeping your elbow in on your golf swing?

jtsocali81 asked:

I am pretty new to golf, and I have a bad habit of putting my elbow out when I swing, I feel like I am trying to swing a bat or hit a puck with a hockey stick (because I am used to doing both the above), does anyone have any pointers?

If you are talking about your left elbow, I saw a training video where they suggested you put a rolled up towel under your arm and try to keep from dropping it as you do practice swings.

The swing thought to do is to do is the guys on video or in mirror heres good.
The ground throughout the easiest swing watch the entire swing watch the best thing to have the easiest swing and youll see thats what happens this is the best thing to have the ground throughout the best thing to have for this is to do is to just become aware of your swing and be aware of their arms.

Here is a golf school that has some great golf tips. They have video, animation and other types of golf tips. You may find a video that will help you with your stance and swing.

    Hope this helps
