    The best that have found are core exercises like crunchesthis allows for faster swing while still staying in control squeeze racket or tennis ball you will be amazed at the distance gain from little gripforearm work.

    Do yoga. Flexibity matters in your backswing. Flexibility gives you more speed after your backswing. More speed gives you more power. More power gives you more distance.
